E for Electrodynamics...!

Electrodynamics (electron + dynamics) is a study of phenomenon associated with charged bodies in motion and also varying electric & magnetic field. It's just the classical dynamics of electrons (charges) and that's why it is so boring. Now, add some spice. Imagine Gravity with two types of matter: - Positive & Negative, and also add some extra strength to the force.... BOOM!! You get the Electromagnetic force. Thus, you can say Gravity is a special case of Electromagnetic force with a single type of charge/matter/mass. [How Horror!]

Lots of confusion... Things are not going so well, so there is Maxwell. He simplified the whole picture with almost a set of 20 equations. Heaviside further simplifies it and gifted us the 4 precious (dangerous) equations ... And (Un) fortunately after almost 250 years, we, the smartest students are still on a mission to simplify it further by skipping the intermediate calculations. So, Ladies & Gentlemen, Welcome to Electrodynamics!


 

[WARNING: Stranger Things Ahead...]

Now, coming back to vectors. The pro readers already experienced the vandalism of vectors. Vectors are the Vecna of electrodynamics. No matter how hard you try to ignore them, they'll cross your path. But we believe in Eleven's Supremacy. So, let there be Mike. But wait, we need Dustin, Will & Lucas too. Now, they are assembled. So, we'll defeat Vectors (Vecna) by using a point of view of Vector Vector Field (Eleven) with the help of Divergence (Mike), Grad (Will), Curl (Dustin) & Laplacian (Lucas). The idea of vector field simplified the description of whole Electromagnetism in a very (un)healthy way. But without vector fields it could have been the cause of death of many poor students like me! So, if you want to pass your exam, just recapitulate Vector Calculus thoroughly, otherwise... Amen!
